Police intrudes RPP protest: RPP cadres took back chairperson Thapa from police

Kathmandu:  Protest held by Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has been dispersed by the police. The tension erupted as police tried to arrest RPP activists and marchers including chairperson Kamal Thapa.

Chairperson Thapa is in his journey to reinstallation of the Hindu Kingdom, defending national integration, demanding immediate actions against rampant corruption and resolving unemployment in the country.

He has called on country-wide demonstration against the ineffective current government. The agitating party has also alleged the government for using police against peaceful demonstration which was against the norms of democracy and freedom of expression.
