CPN Chairs in Minority: Thapa’s report  invited tempest into Task-force 

Kathmandu: The standing committee meeting of CPN could not conclude due to unprecedented “report” presented by one of the senior leaders Rambahadur Thapa “Badal” lately. The meeting was, in fact, held for conclude all the remaining issues regarding meaningful integration of former CPN-UML and CPN Maoist Center into a left-oriented political spectrum called Nepal Communist Party(CPN). 

Thapa, also one of the secretariat members of CPN, had distributed a three-page long “report” to the attending members of NCP as meeting was running. No sooner did he deliver the report, some of the standing committee members expressed their disappointments.     

Most of the attendants, except leader Thapa and another senior CPN leader Bishnu Poudel, asked for the time to go through the report. Thapa had produced the paper with prior consultation of chairpersons duo. The meeting was postponed till coming Friday.
